I recently applied for a property, the application was handled by Kearan Marsh and it was poorly processed. During the inspection, the agent was on the phone and unavailable to answer any questions. After application, instead of helping us apply appropriately the application was declined. Seemed rather uninterested in the application, wouldn't recommend.
