Birth Inspirations brings childbirth education classes to you! I’m a midwife with 30 years’ experience who will teach you, discuss with you and inspire you all things labour and birth, breastfeeding and parenting. You will feel more informed, more comfortable and more confident to make good choices for your experiences ahead. Ideal for busy couples or simply for couples who don’t want group sessions. I come to you on Saturday afternoons with a program made exactly to your learning needs, whether you want a natural birth or are planning for an epidural or cesarean. Jacqui visited us personally and took time in explaining every concept. She also spoke about personal and professional experiences that I could relate to. I and husband thoroughly enjoyed the session with Jacqui. She even made us practice some postures, movements that we could use during labor, how my husband could support me and the techniques that I needed to follow to relax my mind. Birth Inspirations
4 July 2021The Birth Inspirations Childbirth Education Training Course is a 6-month online course, work at your own pace. Some modules will be easier and some harder. It depends on your experience. It should be enjoyable learning. It’s anticipated that each module will take 16 hours to complete.
For the past 16 years, I have coordinated a similar course run through a major Sydney hospital. I have educated approximately 120 students. Students who do this course are well-prepared to teach classes anywhere. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded a Certificate of Childbirth Education endorsed by the Australian College of Midwives.
