Sorry Dan’s - not quite good enough. I shop regularly at Vic Point and haven’t until today checked my dockets for correct pricing. Only checked today because mental arithmetic didn’t gel. Purchases 5 products (multi items) and 3 priced incorrectly by your system. Was overcharged $52 (15%) on a $340 purchase. Although refund given courteously when requested, I think a business of your enterprise size shouldn’t get this so far wrong. I’m sure not everyone does the calcs and relies on your systems being in order. Will be keeping a closer eye on it going forward.
