Supposed to do an inspection of an apartment today at 5PM, after text AND email confirmation few hours earlier. But when we arrived, no one was there; all mobile phones were switched off; and that’s when I saw an email sent at 4.54PM for a ‘reminder’ that the inspection is tomorrow. Zero professionalism and don’t even have the courtesy to inform potential tenants of changes well in advance. I paid my parking ticket just for this!! Apartment looks nice from the outside but no way am I gonna work with this ‘agency’.

Wonderful and friendly staff, can't fault their availability and quick responses. Never had an issue when I've had questions or needed help with anything. Highly recommend
