About Westside Psych

Westside Psych is a Footscray based practice that provides access to friendly, evidence-based psychological counselling for a broad range of issues to people of all ages. Our rooms are conveniently located within a block of Footscray Station, and are easily accessible to the surrounding suburbs of Seddon, Yarraville, Newport, Spottswood, Williamstown, Altona, Kingsville, Kensignton, North Melbourne and the CBD. Our clinical psychologists and other mental health practitioners can provide treatment for a broad range of issues including, depression, anxiety, and stress, using therapeutic modalities including CBT, Mindfulness, and ACT.
