Spencer arrived on time, he carried out the annual camera check of the

repair to the pipe under the bathroom,. Having done that he checked the flexible pipes in both bathrooms and kitchen basins. He found one of the hand basin flexible pipes was showing rust. He replaced the tap and pipes. He checked the two hot water heaters and replaced the pressure valve in one of them. He replaced an outdoor tap that would not stop dripping He checked the electrical power boxes and arranged for the electrician to replace the power box that had not been changed to use circuit breakers.
