Laundry washer and dryer machine hose installation to plumbing

I asked 5 plumbers with 5Star reviews on Google for a quote for a toilet installation (and removal!), and only 2 gave quotes. 1 quote was dirt cheap, but cash-only (I didn't want that - worried that cheap equals shortcuts). The other quote was from Crescent Star Plumbing. They weren't the cheapest, but responded with the most professional quote (and included GST). I gave him photos of my toilet with measurements, and he said that the toilet would need to be moved to the right because of my fittings. That told me two things - 1. he had attention to detail and 2. He could envisage problems before they occur. That gave me utmost confidence in his workmanship, and as it turned out, it was justified. Ali was professional, did a better job than I was expecting, and it was a clean, neat installation. The toilet (Fienza Chica rimless skew trap) also worked perfectly (1 flush!). Total time taken from arrival, installation of toilet, to departure (with removal of pre-existing toilet) was 2 hours.

In short, I would recommend him, and I would use him again, if I needed other plumbing jobs. The only thing I didn't like was that his credit card fee was 3.5% - not taking a Star off for that, but he really needs to find a better credit card merchant/payment gateway as 3.5% fee is ridiculous, and I felt compelled to transfer funds instead of using the credit card to save the extra fee.

TL:DR - excellent workmanship, very professional; would use again.
