I’ve been with DTM Marketing for almost a year now. Previous to DTM I had studied at Curtin University graduating with a Commerce Degree, majoring in Entrepreneurship and a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. Additionally I had also worked for 7 years with a different form of direct sales within the beauty industry. I had started to look for other Marketing related job as this was what I was more interested in when I came across DTM.

Since being at DTM I have experienced a great team oriented and fun work environment. I have also had many travel opportunities presented to me as well including Melbourne, Adelaide, Broom, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, Albany, Bunbury, Busselton just to name a few. We have flexible work hours, training provided such as personal development, accredited training and even opportunity for progression in the company, which in my short time I have been promoted twice. We have uncapped earning and generous incentive structures so great for people who love getting paid for their efforts, whilst also being able to raise huge amounts for the amazing clients we work with.
