Yesterday i took one of my Tiffany chains to the Perth store to have the catch looked at as it has become loose. I was greeted at the door by a young lady with an iPad who took my details and said someone would help me when they were available.
I waited over 20 minutes and watched the sales staff continually helping people that came in after me and ignoring me, obviously because I was not there to buy anything. Not once was I acknowledged by any other staff member, not even a friendly hello - it was almost as if I was invisible.
A delivery was made during this time and a number of people appeared from upstairs to move the stock and disappeared just as quickly.
The girl who greeted me at the door even came back over to ask if I needed any help - I then had to remind her that we had already had that conversation and how much longer I would need to wait - she couldn't give me an exact time.
In the end I left as I had other things to do, and I felt very uncomfortable standing there and being ignored. I love my Tiffany pieces and I have visited a number of your stores all over the world but this experience was not enjoyable.
I will probably just find a local jeweller to fix my chain, and I doubt if I will visit this store again.
