My husband and I recently got married here on the 2/9/2017. As soon as we arrived we felt so so special and were treated like royalty from all staff. The photos on the website still do not do this place justice.. it is even more STUNNING

I cannot fault anything. Housekeeping were great, each and every member of the bar staff and restaurant staff were great.

Each of the people above made our entire stay so so wonderful.

So many guests are hoping to return.

If you make the mistake of booking via boutique collection instead of Pullman, the staff go out of their way to make you feel second rate. The effort made at every interaction ensuring they remind you that you’re not part of the ‘main’ hotel is astonishing.

Avoid this hotel.

(The response below is the an example of what second rate service you get. Sea temple have sold off most of the resort. For a nice profit I’m sure. The Penthouse suites we are staying in are part of the resort and overlook the pool. They are not private in anyway, as the response is attempting to allude to below. Sea temple are more than happy to take your money at the pool bar and restaurant. They have my contact details and know exactly what room I’m staying in. The response below is a pathetic attempt to brush off me highlighting a culture of disgraceful service. Shame on you for not caring enough to make contact and trying to deceive the public with this response). The phone number you left below isn't even yours. You’re not trying to improve service in anyway. What a joke.
