About Dr Laura Chapman
Laura grew up in Scotland and graduated from Warwick Medical School in 2004. She gained extensive hospital experience prior to completing GP specialist training in 2008.
Laura initially worked at The Royal Women’s Hospital before returning to her passion, general practice. Laura is constantly expanding her skillset within women’s health and aims to improves accessibility to services in this field. She undertook a certificate of women’s health in 2017, including a clinical component in urogynaecology. She enjoys teaching and provides IUD insertion training to doctors in association with Family Planning Victoria. Laura practices holistically and aims to be approachable to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
