Working with Ellwood Group to obtain approval for the development of our townhouse was such an easy process. What I really appreciated was Ellwood Group's ability to get my partner and I organised with all the required documentation needed for our application. They clearly communicated what was required from us which really simplified what was needed on our side for the application.

Following the application, the regular updates we received were great. Regular updates kept me informed of where our application was up to and meant if there was any additional information required from us we were informed at the earliest time possible which allowed our application to keep moving forward.

Ellwood Group organised all approvals for our new home build, they completed all the nesscessary documents and really made our new family home a totally hassle free build. It was such a breeze.

They took care of all the legalities, running around and confusing paperwork which meant my wife and I could spend more time with our kids and shopping for new furniture.
