Honestly wasn’t expecting anything from this comment I was just really frustrated that mum had been treated poorly and she was upset about it but this business did really try and make it up by delivering mum chocolates and flowers to say sorry and seemed genuine. I appreciate them following up this issue aswell

I am honestly shocked about how the door salesmen treated my mum whilst trying to sell her roller shutters. He asked if we wanted them and she stated we didn’t have the money at the moment, but he kept trying to push and she had the same response each time when he had the audacity to say “well you have money you have people cleaning your house” my mum is legally blind and sets aside money each week just to have cleaners help her with the parts she can’t see when cleaning! I don’t think it’s good enough trying to guilt people into buying your products especially if they say they can’t afford it. Wouldn’t consider your company in the future now because of this service

There are two Australia Post sticker on my letterbox stating 'No Junk Mail. Nevertheless, your unwanted leaflet made it's way into my mailbox.
