About Communities at Work

We are Canberra’s largest not-for-profit community organisation, working with our community to support positive educational outcomes, and build resilient, sustainable and socially inclusive communities in the ACT and capital region. Communities@Work Tuggeranong is a Community Centre with a Community Pantry (Food Pantry), which offers free and discounted food, as well as personal care/hygiene items if you are struggling. We also offer crisis support, clothing program, and accommodation help as well. Our Tuggeranong Centre also houses our organisational support staff, including for our children's services. We also provide services and programs for seniors and people with a disability. Tuggeranong is the head office for Communities at Work.
