About ima Project Cafe is relocating!

IMA cafe is a destination for honest Japanese inspired food, and exceptional coffee and service, in Carlton. We source local and sustainable ingredients from people we know and trust, supporting our community and creating meaningful relationships with those around us. Through a strict recycling program we look to minimise our waste and carbon footprint on the environment, whilst raising awareness of such issues to the public. We exist to create experiences where passion and purpose come together. We want IMA to become a destination for customers to experience good food and good coffee in a space they feel comfortable to relax in, just like their own living room.
