The Four Pillars Laboratory in Surry Hills combines all your gin-loving needs into one hub. We offer our special gin tasting sessions, which we know you will love. Come and enjoy some of our Creative Director of Drinks, James Irvine's world class cocktails in Eileen's Gin Bar, paired with Made From Gin food created by Chef Matt Wilkinson. Experience a Gin Workshop in our Gin Lab, complete with a working copper gin still. You can also stock up on all your favourite Four Pillars gins, marmalades and other gin-related bits and pieces in our Gin Shop.
