Re the Perth branch:

Worst financial institution ever dealt with

This is not a " bank". They purely send paperwork to Eastern States

They do not regularly inform you of your account

They can not follow written instructions

They then can't find the written paperwork because they don't scan your paperwork electronically

They then are not apologetic at all and suggest it's all your fault because you don't do internet banking. ( It's a term deposit I don't deal with it during the term) Can't find people in head branch to sort it out because no one is available

They may have a slightly higher interest rate but I don't trust them with our money so will withdraw at end of term, get lower interest rate but at least other banks know what they are doing and I don't want the frequent stress
