Warren was able to get an urgent building and pest inspection done with very little notice, in addition the report was comprehensive whilst easy to understand. Utilising Warrens B&P report I was able use my solicitor to negotiate a further discount off the sale price for the identified defects. He made himself available in double quick time and made a number of suggestions which we had not thought of and accepted. His colleague Nick turned up on time on the agreed date and fitted the new toilet as discussed with Anthony. Called spoke to Emily she was so professional and very good a getting back to you as soon as there was a plumber in the area. We where told by another plumber that we need to cut our drive way to clear the blockage but Scott went in with his skill and experience and got the balls out of the storm water drains and then asked if we would like him to check all the other down pipes with his Jet hose to make sure no other blockages are in there. Went above and beyond.

The guys at Bones advised on what was required for our kitchen renovations, we got them in first and they walked through everything with us, checked where the pipes were and advised on what was possible or not. They provided a rough estimate on the spot for all work and the cost came in very close to the final amount. They were always professional and were on time, if they were running late they let us know. The work they did was excellent and they left the place cleaner than when they started. We have used Bones a couple of times now and would not hesitate in recommending them for any job.
