Body Awakenings owned locally by Rachael Farrelly, provides a safe and nurturing space for the practice of Stretch & Strength Classes, Yoga, Pilates, Sports Rehabilitation, YogalatesTM and Meditation. Our teachers are highly qualified and passionate about our philosophy to inspire and assist you mentally and physically. You will find a class to suit you, no matter your age, gender, level of experience or fitness, this is Yoga for every BODY! Rachael is passionate about every person being included and supported.
Our extensive weekly timetable offers general & specialised classes for beginners, seniors, sports rehabilitation, dynamic fitness, strength training & stretch to assist you on your path to optimum health and and wellness.
