I've been to visit these guys twice in 9 months, both times for a tyre puncture that's left me driving around on a space saver. (Don't ask, I'm just lucky.) Both times I've left my punctured tyre with them (without an appointment), they text me a few hours later when it's done, and when I arrive they take off the space saver and put the repaired tyre back on for me. Easy!
They're warm and friendly, their customer service is top notch, they're quick and convenient, and there is never even a hint of the condescension women can sometimes experience when visiting mechanics etc. I'll keep going back for sure.
