Over the course of about three months I never had a follow up call despite multiple calls to Jetpets asking for a quote. Was told someone would call me. I totally understand how COVID has made logistics incredibly hard and stressful but to be told to expect a call over multiple months all while trying to facilitate a move yourself is a bit slack.

I went with Dogtainers instead and while they had their minor issues, they were efficient and helped move my cat. Again, everyone has had a tough year but would've liked better communication.

Great all round service. Lauren who was my cat's pet handler did an amazing job of making my Patti feel comfortable and provided updates on her well being. A little pricey but worth it for the level of care. This was Patti's second trip with jetpets and have had great experiences both times.
