This review is in relation to a property settlement by Ms Sheryn Miles of Andersons Solicitors. I found her to be absolutely professional. She filled in all the required paperwork ahead of time, anticipated any problems that might occur during the holiday season and nipped them in the bud. She gave me the option of settlement through PEXA and explained the proccess and fees involved. I chose PEXA and the funds cleared in my account on the same afternoon as settlement. I found the fees that Sheryn charged to be reasonable. Before Sheryn, I had another solicitor / conveyancer who did 3 property settlements for me as well as the family wills etc and they were way more expensive, less organised and charged me for talking to me in 5 minute time blocks.
