Wine tasting was very good. Excellent wines. Food was well cooked and presented. Chatty and knowledgeable staff who also have a sense of humour. Idyllic setting. A most enjoyable experience.

We were in a mad rush with our five kids to get lunch before we had to be at the caves for our tour. After trying a handful of different breweries and wineries, the best we got was ‘ten mins to order and thirty mins before food will come out’. We couldn’t wait that long so we ended up stumbling upon this winery. Kitchen said ten mins max to have five kids meals - a pasta, three fish n chips, one plain chips, cheese soufflé and a chicken dish to come out. They quickly cleared a table for us but we said we can’t sit and will eat it in the car on our way. True to their word, in ten mins all the food came out in takeaway containers, bamboo cutlery and napkins all put inside a cardboard box to be quickly taken to our car.

Food was fantastic! We were so impressed at the service and ability to serve up food quickly when no other place remotely nearby seemed capable of doing so. They made our day (and our kids very happy) 😊
