I've only been renting through RMA for 2yrs but it's the best & most stress free experience I've had. Emily and Sheralee are a pleasure to deal with and it's refreshing & uplifting to be met with a smile & positivity everytime I go in.

My 2 investment properties in Busselton were "managed" appallingly by a local business. Lighting a scented candle at a viewing was the PMs "proof" of her professionalism. One property was untenanted for 4.5 months while in the "care" of this PM as she failed to notice or report cupboard doors hanging of their hinges/curtain rails hanging off the walls and waist high weeds in the back garden. In 18 years, it has been untenanted for no longer than 5 weeks. The owner of the Agency explained this by telling me that "they didn't have a lot to choose from" when it came to appointing PMs - clearly he has little interest in the properties entrusted to his Agency other than the revenue generated. RMA and Gill in particular has restored my faith in the notion that there are in fact PMs who take pride in their work. Sheralee has now taken my properties over and I look forward to a continued peace of mind that my properties are now in good hands. Thank you RMA!
