I rent from Magain and they manage the property for the owner. During a routine inspection 15 days ago, Magain had the gas cut off because they smelt gas. That's ok and safe, but 15 days later we a family of 6 have had no heating or cooking facility's . Numerous emails, unanswered phone calls later we have no resolution insight. I'm sure they have been able to hear there family home and cook for their children. Do not use them for your property management!
