I have always been relatively active but never felt strong. I have a back condition and had always been told it wouldn’t improve/I shouldn’t lift heavy things/it’ll probably just get worse as I get older. Strength Lab took me on and after working with Crystal and Patrick for a bit over a year now I feel so much stronger and have significantly reduced my back pain (which I never thought would be possible!)... What I do and learn at Strength Lab also translates into so many other aspects of my life - I’m better at the other activities/sports I love and I have way more energy. Strength Lab also brings in so many awesome people that classes are always fun (I even look forward to getting up for my 6am classes). If you’re thinking about it... try it! My “I guess I’ll try it” has turned into a “they’re stuck with me forever” and I love it!
