I offer personal training and group training services to Dee Why and the Northern Beaches area. My favourite area to train is down near Dee Why beach either at the Lagoon or on the grass near the beach itself. I'm also mobile where I can come to you if that's what you require. I have trained all walks of life from new Mums to blokes looking to bulk up. I can tailor a fitness routine especially for you based on what it is you are trying to achieve.
