Terrible customer service. How can you miss even saying hello to a dad holding a baby, pushing a pram, with a 7yr old and the mum trying on all the glasses. 2 staff, one employee flirting with 1 customer and the other standing at the desk then proceeds to serve the next customer who walks in. Absolutely disgusting service, no wonder your prices are so cheap, because you have terrible staff. Unimpressed to say the least.
