I went back to OW Westfield carousel and served by Bernadette both times. Wonderful staff you have here. She attended to my needs and let me know how the multi focal works. She is very patient while serving me as my sunnies frames needs replacing and some effort to pop the lenses on. My multi focal will have lens replaced with no question asked. Bernadette is very friendly, detailed and has a happy disposition. Such a pleasure to be served by her. OW has many modern and fashionable frames with different design that suits different face shape. The 3D nose pad design props up very well as I have high cheek bones and so it doesn’t sit on my cheeks like most other brands. I can now choose acrylic materials and not just the ones with nose pads that props up. Kudos to the designer.
