Very disappointed in the service provided by Aussie, I thought this was meant to be a professional company? The broker was not very helpful and despite me telling him about my situation he seemed to ask the same question over and over again like he had just forgotten what I said.
There seems to be bias in the selection of packages which probably reflects the different kickbacks or deals the brokers get from each financial institution.
