We are a Mixed Billing service.
Previously known as "Caloundra Bulk Billing Surgery', we switched to a Mixed Billing to sustain the service for you. We rebranded to Caloundra Health Hub.
For more information about Practice Fees, please visit our website. The practice has male and female doctors. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
After-Hours service is available Call .
Booking online is available through HotDoc. Booking, and not cancelling your appointment within 4 hours you will be liable for 'Did Not Attend' fee of $50. Please note no further appointment will be booked until the DNA fee is paid.
Transfer of Medical Records to other clinic has an administrative fee of $50, unless you want only your health summary.
