Prestige Honda had me waiting for two hours just to inform me that the part has not arrived yet.
Dear Parts department, it does not make sense to refer someone to book for key programming WHEN THE KEY AND RELEVANT PARTS HAVE NOT ARRIVED YET!!!
Dear Services department, this unpleasant experience could have been mitigated by a prompt communication with the spare parts department, instead of CHECKING TWO HOURS LATER!!!
Although apologies were conveyed, damage has been done.
Truly discoordinated!
