We are a mobile massage and clinical pilates service, providing 24/7 services (via appointment) to Seaford and surrounding areas. With over 18 years experience and using various techniques, I can help you achieve the "Vitality" you have been looking for. Either sooth away stress release massage or find your balance through "Core Strength" with a clinical pilates workout. I offer Clinical Pilates classes (small group or one on one), Postural Integration (one on one sessions) and Remedial Massage Therapy.
