PERISAI diri Silat is a traditional Indonesian that teaches effective self defence skills.
We cater to all ages, gender and fitness levels, and families can train together.
Training encompasses the physical aspects as well as breathing techniques and meditation and will build focus, confidence, discipline, control and develop fine motor skills.
