Established in 2019, our team of talented and experienced Robata & Sushi Chefs have collaborated to design a diverse seasonal degustation menu. The Akaiito dining experience embodies the honest virtues of Japanese cuisine and culture by creating a fine dining experience like no other. Our signature Robatayaki Charcoal Grill uses 100% imported Japanese coals to grill a variety of fresh vegetables, meat and seafood that are seasoned with spices and flavours of Japan.
