Ordered dinner and a dessert, didn't receive dessert at all after waiting 2 hours. And way too many flies due to having no roof by the exit.

The service was pleasant and the room was fine. I was shocked to be paying $370.00 per night for a motel style accommodation.

At dinner I ordered fish for $42.00. Very disappointing. I asked for a bread roll with my meal, fruit salad for desert and a decaf coffee. All of which were declined.

The next evening the restaurant was full. I was advised to go to the other restaurant which is a pub. The pub style dinner was not the atmosphere I required so I continued back to the restaurant to put a room service order in. No one would take my order. I had to do it from my room. No one answered my call. The meal was quite disgusting. Fish and some lettuce on a plate for $44.00. The seagulls finished it off in the morning outside where I left my plates. A very disappointing stay. Staff friendly but at a guess poorly training and don't understand customer service.
