Want to come in for a quick weight session? We have a full gym with all the equipment you need. Not sure what to train? Jump in one of our favourite classes, D.U.T (Daily Ultimate Training). D.U.T is our very own high intesity weight and cardio workout. No two classes are the same and cater to every fitness level. We have something for every mood, so come in and take advantage of our fitness and martial arts classes.
