I ordered a native bouquet pictured in soft pink hues for a birthday gift. What arrived was quite different, lots of bright red. I was told it was on what was available, but if it is going to be that different, a phone call should have been made to check. I had especially called to check on flower types before ordering, and was referred to the website to choose my preference.
