About Industrial Strength & Fitness with Hangar 4 MMA
Industrial Strength & Fitness (ISF) - home to Hangar 4 MMA - is Reservoir's biggest and best 24-hour weights gym and mixed martial arts school.
With over 1500sqm of training space, ISF boasts a massive gym floor with squat racks, cardio, pin-and plate-loaded machines, a dedicated functional fitness room, a Muay Thai and Boxing room (with ring), a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) mat, and a separate heated and cooled yoga room!
We run HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ, Yoga and Sculpt classes 6 days a week, with lots of different membership options to suit your training needs. We also offer casual visits during staffed hours. Come down and say hi to the best - and friendliest - crew in the business!
