Fresh studio with skilled instructors that guide you for 45 mins in the class. Great way to do cardio while having fun punching the bag! Highly recommended for all fitness levels!

Absolutely loving the ONE TWO boxing classes.
Forty-five minutes flies, and I never thought I’d enjoy the cardio but I live for these sessions.
Darkened studio, loud music and focussing just on your own bag, means I have no anxiety whilst having an amazing workout. Jesse and Sam bring an amazing vibe to the class and they, along with Jo make you feel so welcome and a part of a really cool community.
