About Lakey Farm
At Lakey Farm, we are converting CO2 into soil carbon by our judicious regenerative farming. Low stocking rates, rotational mixed grazing, respecting native pasture, cover cropping, native tree revegetation and wildlife corridors, and use of dung beetles. We raise livestock, we graze the pasture, we farm the soil.
Our farm produce includes succulent pasture-raised, native-grass-fed meat: beef, Ryeland lamb and mutton, as well as goat. We produce a range of delicious, sustainably-made Victorian wines including pinot noir from our 30-year-old vines on site.
