Creative Arts Therapy & Holistic Counselling. Sessions can be online through Zoom or in-person at my Home Studio based in Tewantin, Noosa, QLD. Sand-tray therapy, Mindfulness, Mindful Photography, Poetry, Art Journalling and Jewellery/Craft sessions also available. I work with Government & Small businesses - teaching their employees on Zoom ‘How to Release Stress at the end of the day’, ‘How to create a Morning Mindset before clients’ or I can tailor-make a course to suit!
