About Rachel Wilkinson Holistic Therapies

Rachel Wilkinson counsels individuals, families, couples, and teens. Working with communication techniques and strategies, she enhances relationships and connection. She gently supports depression, stress and anxiety, guiding you through change, addiction, or trauma. A natural intuitive and empath, Rachel is a certified spiritual coach with James Van Praagh, a keen yoga student and a Kids' Yoga Instructor. With degree qualifications in communications, diplomas in Remedial Massage & Counselling, Rachel is also a reiki master. With more than 25 years of corporate experience she supports families and individuals struggling with work/life balance and finding a more peaceful way forward. She is currently completing her master of counselling.
