De'Longhi is recognised as the number one brand in value coffee machines and historically a major producer of portable air conditioners and heaters. Since the foundation in 1902 in Italy, the company has expanded to include nearly every category of small and large domestic appliances. Since 1994 De'Longhi has offered Australians a unique at home coffee experience with a range of fully automatic coffee machines, pump coffee machines and capsule coffee machines to suit different needs. In 2018, De’Longhi has been voted the "Australian Readers Digest Most Trusted Coffee Machine Brand".
In 2001 De'Longhi acquired the British appliance producer Kenwood and in 2013 bought the rights to Braun household products.
