Ken Reid Counselling helps men and women who are struggling with their relationships, come from chaotic families and are feeling stuck in life. You may be feeling like a high achiever; doing all the 'right' things but feeling like you're no where near where you want to be. You might also be caught up in anxious loops and feeling a great deal of self-loathing and feel like you're constantly self-sabotaging yourself. You may have also tried therapy before and found that you didn't get the support or tools needed to help you work through what you are going through.
