Read a post on FB about a couple of employees laughing at a customer trying on a pair of jeans with a faulty zip. Way to humiliate a customer, guys! I myself never shopped at this store before and never will after reading the post on FB.

Each and every time I go into the store, staff are inattentive and rude, standing by change rooms gossiping and swearing, talking on the phone or scrolling through facebook. Today I was ‘shooed’ into a change room as the lady was ordering food on the phone, to top that off the door on the changeroom didn’t shut properly and i couldn’t lock it. As a hospitality employee, I understand the importance of greeting customers and offering help where needed, but I have never been greeted or even asked if I need help here which I often do as I can’t always find what i’m looking for. I also have had times where I have stood at the counter for up to 10 minutes waiting to be served while at least two employees stand by the change rooms gossiping. Both times I left the items there and left without buying them as this type of customer service is unacceptable and I refuse to spend my hard earned money paying the wages of these employees. Overall 100% would not recommend shopping here.
