They are totally not professional as they did not complete the carpet and sofa clean job. They explained that too much cat hair and they are not able to clean. I asked them couple of times to do an inspection before taking the job. But they said they did not need to do that. Finally, they did not make much difference of the carpet and left without letting my landlord know. I highly recommend do not use them.

LEON IS AMAZING. I had moved into my new home last year in September. Because we hadn't fenced off the yard, our two dogs stayed in the house a lot, which came with a lot of mess. At one point I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet and throw away the rugs. But Leon and his team got everything back to brand new again I could not believe it and the odour had gone too. It felt so good having everything feel new again, I couldn't thank him enough. He definitely saved me a lot of money too. I highly recommend him.
