Our primary focus is on bespoke butchering & cooking. We are passionate about where our meat comes from, locally sourcing is one of our specialities. Beef and lamb is grass-fed free range HGP Free, Otway pork raised outdoors in straw lined shelters, chicken free range. Smallgoods - all house made and smoked on premise. Bacon, hams, kabana, sausages, chicken, turkey, salmon, roast pork & beef. Sausages – all of our 18 flavours are house made. CHEF - Our very own making homemade pies, sausage rolls, pasties, lasagna, spanakopita, arancini balls, casseroles & curries. Also available in store a range of fine local groceries from, Cunliffe & Waters, Gippsland Cheese, Unforgettable, Gundowring Ice Cream, Yarra Valley Pasta, Roza’s Gourmet, Gipps
