Years ago I followed one of their previous beauty therapists Amy from another clinic and when she changed careers I stayed with Runway. Everyone I've seen has been professional, punctual and lovely. I've always liked my eyebrow styling and found the waxing gentle but efficient. My MIL loved my eyebrows so much that she comes here now too haha!
