Had several problems with trying to call BOQ from overseas, however this branch answered my review and were most helpful

this is review is for the bank of queensland phone line service, not the branch. today I was reminded why I closed my account with this bank, it takes forever to speak to one of their workers and when we do they are rude, arrogant, incompetent and foolish.
